I added the full shot, and gave it a little more of a "cold" feel.
This was the make up artists' idea, and I thought it'd be nice to do something a little different.

i like the blue lips and blue background. not sure about the hairy back.

I have to admit it feels a bit unresolved as though you haven't quite worked out your point of view. I'm a bit thrown by the blue against all of the warmth in her skin tone, hair and the lighting. Maybe it's the title? If you had given it a confectionary themed name, maybe I wouldn't have responded this way.
You have created such a distinct and recognizable "style" (which I believe is an extraordinary achievement and a clear demonstration of an artist behind all of that expensive equipment) and technically, this image falls comfortably in the RyPhoto portfolio.
But, I'm missing the storytelling. I would love to see what you would do taking this idea a bit further and fully under your control.

I favor the color version, I think the blue toned shot is too much of a good thing.
The color version reminds me of an early '60s advertising image. I do wish her hair was off her back, though. Looks a bit creepy.
