Codie Marie Returns

Codie came back for another shoot this week. She did great.

Just Cruzin'...

Well, I was right....I DID end up working with Miss Cruz again very soon. She came back this weekend to shoot again. She's been helping me experiment with some new lighting techniques using only natural light. She's a blast to work with and always brings the energy!

Miss Cruz

Miss Cruz has great energy and is an absolute pleasure to work with. I'm sure we'll be working together again very soon.

Alicia

Alicia came by for another shoot and she wanted to do a "Lara Croft inspired" shoot. She surpassed my expectations.

Alyssa

I worked with Alyssa back in 2007 on the Disney "Fairies" shoot. She came back 2 weeks ago to update her portfolio with some new shots. She's only 11, but she took direction better than most adults I've worked with.

Giulini and Tiki

Giulini came by for another shoot and brought her dog, Tiki.

Pocahontas came by....

Sherri, (a.k.a. Pocahontas) came by last week to shoot again. I thought I'd post a simple candid shot of her next to her finished piece to show you that she really does look like Pocahontas, and really is beautiful. I also attached a still from the actual film which shows my vision of what I was going for and why I chose Sherri to play that part.

2009 Wrap Up

OK, so it's become a little bit of a blog tradition for me to put a little collage together at the end of the year. And as expected, I took more photos this year than ever before. About 75,000 to be exact, but who's counting? Last year I had about 65 photo shoots. This year I had over 100.
